As a general rule we don't do refunds. Here's why.
Sentinel is a monthly subscription service with a full one-month free trial. If you don't take any action when the one month free trial period comes to an end then your account will be closed automatically. You don't need to take any action whatsoever. If we don't hear from you then we figure Sentinel wasn't for you. No hard feelings.
If you do choose to upgrade your account at the end of the trial period and then decide later on down the track that you don't want it ... then no refund will be given. We figure that you had a whole free month to decide if it was for you or not.
If you are a Sentinel customer and you feel that your account has been wrongly debited or you have incurred an unexpected charge then please do get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll certainly look into it. Any refunds will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
